Privacy Policy
Effective July 2, 2026. This policy describes what CitrusWeb ("we", "us") collects on citrusweb.com and how we use it. Short version: we collect what you send us through the contact form, we use it to reply to you, and we don't sell it.
What we collect
- Contact form. When you book a demo or contact us, we collect the details you submit: name, email, phone, company, and your message. We use them to respond to your inquiry and deliver them to our inbox through transactional email providers (Resend and Postmark), which process the submission on our behalf.
- Theme preference. The dark/light toggle stores your choice in your browser's localStorage. It never leaves your device.
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand site usage in aggregate (pages visited, general region, device type). Ad-personalization signals are off by default. Details and opt-out options are in the cookie policy.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps standard request logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL) for security and operations.
What we don't do
We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't run third-party advertising or ad-tracking cookies on this site.
How long we keep it
Contact submissions are kept as ordinary business correspondence for as long as we need them to serve you, then deleted on request.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct, or delete the information you've sent us at any time through the contact page.
